본 이용약관은 하트링크(HeartLink) 서비스(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 모든 서비스의 이용 조건, 절차 및 이용자와 회사 간의 권리·의무·책임사항 등을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제1조 (목적)
이 약관은 회사가 운영하는 HeartLink 및 관련 웹·모바일 서비스를 이용함에 있어, 이용자의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항, 서비스 이용조건과 절차 등을 규정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)
"서비스"란 이용자가 QR 코드, 영상 메시지 등을 통해 회사가 제공하는 플랫폼 및 관련 기능을 말합니다.
"이용자"란 본 약관에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 자를 의미합니다.
"회원"이란 회원가입을 완료하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 의미합니다.
"비회원"이란 회원가입 없이 서비스의 일부 기능을 이용하는 자를 의미합니다.
"콘텐츠"란 이용자가 업로드하거나 생성되는 영상, 음성, 문구, 이미지 등을 말합니다.
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
본 약관은 서비스 화면 또는 기타 방법으로 공지함으로써 효력이 발생합니다.
회사는 필요 시 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 최소 7일 전 공지합니다.
이용자는 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않을 경우 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (서비스의 제공)
회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.
QR 영상 메시지 등록 및 재생 서비스
영상 업로드, 저장, 삭제 기능
제휴 및 파트너 연결 기능
제5조 (콘텐츠 보관 및 삭제 정책)
비회원/무료 이용자의 콘텐츠는 업로드 후 7일이 경과하면 자동 삭제됩니다.
자동 삭제 전 회원가입 시, 보관기간이 최대 30일까지 연장됩니다.
유료회원의 경우 구독 기간 동안 영구보관됩니다.
콘텐츠의 자동 삭제/만료는 복구가 불가능합니다.
제6조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
타인의 정보 도용, 부정 사용
회사의 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
타인의 명예를 훼손하거나 불쾌감을 주는 콘텐츠 업로드
저작권 등 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 행위
공공질서 및 미풍양속에 반하는 행위
제7조 (회사의 의무)
회사는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 최선을 다합니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 "개인정보 처리방침"에 따라 보호합니다.
제8조 (저작권)
이용자가 업로드한 콘텐츠에 대한 저작권은 이용자 본인에게 있습니다. 회사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 해당 콘텐츠를 처리합니다.
제9조 (면책조항)
회사는 천재지변, 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
이용자가 업로드한 콘텐츠로 인해 발생하는 법적 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
제10조 (분쟁 해결)
본 약관에 관한 분쟁은 대한민국 법률을 따르며, 회사 소재지 관할 법원을 제1심 법원으로 합니다.

하트링크(HeartLink, 이하 "회사")는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하기 위해 최선을 다합니다.

1) 회원가입 및 계정 관리
필수: 이메일, 비밀번호(암호화), 이름/닉네임, 가입일시
선택: 연락처(고객지원 목적)
2) QR 영상 서비스

IP주소, 접속 로그, 쿠키, 이용기록, 기기정보

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service define the conditions, procedures, and rights, obligations, and responsibilities between HeartLink (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users regarding the use of all services provided by the Company.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms aim to regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users, as well as the conditions and procedures for using HeartLink and related web and mobile services operated by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
"Service" refers to the platform and related features provided by the Company, including QR codes and video messaging services.
"User" refers to any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
"Member" refers to a user who has completed registration and uses the Service.
"Non-member" refers to a user who uses some functions of the Service without registering.
"Content" refers to videos, audio, text, and images uploaded or created by users.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes to Terms)
These Terms become effective upon being posted on the Service screen or through other notification methods.
The Company may revise these Terms if necessary and will provide notice at least seven (7) days in advance.
Users may discontinue use of the Service if they do not agree to the revised Terms.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
The Company provides the following services:
QR video message registration and playback service
Video upload, storage, and deletion features
Partnership and partner connection features
Article 5 (Content Storage and Deletion Policy)
Content uploaded by non-members or free users is automatically deleted after 7 days.
If the user registers as a member before automatic deletion, the storage period may be extended up to 30 days.
Paid members' content is stored permanently during the subscription period.
Automatically deleted or expired content cannot be recovered.
Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following activities:
Identity theft or fraudulent use of others' information
Interference with the operation of the Company's services
Uploading content that defames others or causes discomfort
Infringement of third-party rights, including copyrights
Acts that violate public order or social morals
Article 7 (Company Obligations)
The Company makes its best efforts to provide stable services.
The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Article 8 (Copyright)
The copyright of content uploaded by users belongs to the users themselves. The Company processes such content only within the scope necessary to provide the Service.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by natural disasters or force majeure.
Users are solely responsible for any legal liability arising from content they upload.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
Any disputes related to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court with jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters shall be the court of first instance.
Privacy Policy
HeartLink (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") complies with relevant laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act, and makes every effort to process users' personal information securely.
